Pastor Scott Mills and his wife Teresa, along with Restoration Fellowship International, established New Testament Christian Fellowship, now Carolina Foothills Christian fellowship

CFCF is non-denominational, biblically based, and has been serving the Kingdom of God and the Upstate located in Landrum SC since 1999.

Pastor Scott was formerly a Physical Therapist/Athletic Trainer who was called into Pastoral ministry in 1999. He has degrees in both Physical Therapy and Theology, and loves to teach. He will tell you that he relies completely upon the anointing of the Holy Spirit to be effective.

His wife, Teresa, is a gifted wife, mom, nurse, mentor, and teacher in her own right. She is indeed a blessing to CFCF and many local women's groups. She is also passionate to help "set the captive free" through a powerful deep healing ministry.
